Built From Inside Healthcare Operations

Practice Clinical Solutions was built from years of firsthand experience in clinical operations, medical assisting, telehealth, care coordination, team leadership, staff training, and workflow development.

We understand what happens behind the scenes of a busy medical practice—because we've worked there. From preparing charts and coordinating patient care to supporting providers, developing workflows, training clinical teams, and managing day-to-day operations, PCS brings real-world healthcare experience to every solution we build.

Our goal is simple: make the work behind patient care work better.

Why Practice Clinical Solutions Exists

Practice Clinical Solutions was founded on a simple observation: many of the problems slowing healthcare teams down aren't caused by a lack of effort—they're caused by workflows that no longer support the people using them.

After years of working directly in clinical operations, medical assisting, care coordination, telehealth, staff leadership, training, and workflow development, PCS was created to help practices solve those problems practically.

We understand the realities behind the workflow—the chart that isn't ready, the outside records that haven't arrived, the referral waiting for follow-up, the provider trying to stay on schedule, and the clinical team managing dozens of competing priorities.

PCS bridges the gap between how a workflow is supposed to work and how it actually works.

Meet the Founder

Christy Hall, CCMA
Founder, Practice Clinical Solutions LLC

Christy Hall founded Practice Clinical Solutions after years of working directly inside healthcare operations and seeing firsthand how inefficient processes can affect providers, clinical teams, and, ultimately, the patient experience.

With over 15 years of experience, her background spans medical assisting, clinical operations, telehealth, care coordination, provider support, team leadership, staff training, workflow development, and process improvement. Throughout her career, she has built protocols, developed training programs, improved workflows, supported clinical teams, and helped solve the everyday operational challenges that can quietly consume a practice's time and resources.

That frontline experience shapes the way PCS approaches consulting today. Rather than applying generic solutions, Christy focuses on understanding how a practice actually operates—its people, systems, workload, and pain points—and developing practical solutions that teams can realistically use.

PCS was built from the belief that when healthcare teams are better supported, providers have more time to focus on what matters most: their patients.
